By Milind Bhide on 01 09, 2010EVERY MACHINERY NEEDS SATISFACTORY AFTER SALES SERVICE, IF IT IS NOT THERE ANY PRODUCT CANNOT SURVIVE IN THE MARKET FOR LONG. PRESENT EV MANUFACTURERS ARE INTERESTED IN MAKING FAST MONEY. NO CONCERN FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. SAME IS THE CASE WITH THE DEALERS. BESIDES LAUNCHING EV'S EVERY MFR. MUST ENSURE ROAD SIDE SERVICE AND EASY AVAILABILITY OF SPARES.THEN ONLY THE PRODUCT CAN STAY LONG.

By Milind Bhide on 11 06, 2010Until and unless government is serious about implementing international pollution norms and the service network is not there no one in India will choose ev's for sure. So poor response in servicing of ev's there is no scope for marketing these vehicles. You cannot fool a customer for long.
