fot this vehicle a drivers licence is necessary ... vehiles with top speed less than 25 kms /hr dont need registration or licence ...and moreover a helmet.
PRICE IS V.V. HIGH-MOTOR HARDLY COST 4000 AND SOME ACESSORIES 42000 IS VERY HIGH.IT SHOULD COST SOME WHERE WITHIN 30 TO 35000.
