Hai I am Premkumar from Pondicherry. I am also a proud owner of ebike esprint. I happened to read the comment of Mr. Guneesh who said about battery problem. May I know what the battery problem is? I have also completed 9000 km and 10 months without any problem. But now the vehicle is idle just because of lack of supply of batteries. I am waiting for more than one month for a replacement battery pack. Except for improper communication and lack of support from the management of Hero, the vehicle is excellent and really deserves all respect. If the company could solve the existing problem (it is learnt that nearly 70% of esprint vehicle in pondicherry have battery problem which no proper replacement policy) it really has a good and promising market. I have also approached Dept. of Science and Technology and MNRE for releasing the subsidy that was earlier given when I bought the vehicle. They are also on the lookout on this matter, it seems. As far as promises made during my purchase my disappointment in weak batteries really overshadowed my strong desire to share my experience with this excellent bike apart from its battery performance. R&D in this regard and proper marketing strategy in maintaining battery condition and window sales of batteries will be highly solicited.

HEY ALL READERS AND FUTURE VEHICLE BUYERS I WANT TO TELL SOMETHING WHICH YOU MAY FIND USEFULL. IN NOV. 2011, I BOUGHT "HERO E-SPRINT" (MH19-AQ6697) . TODAY WHEN I AM POSTING THIS EXPERIENCE IN FRONT OF YOU MY BIKE HAS ALMOST COMPLITED 7 MONTHS AND HAS TRAVELLED 5500 KMS, BESIDES A SMALL BRAKE SWITCH CHANGE I HAVE NOT CHANGED ANYRHING IN IT. IT GIVES ME 70 KMS PER CHARGE FROM BEGAINING TILL NOW WHICH REACHED 65-68 KMS. MEANS NO MAJOR ISSUES. WONDERFULL BATTERY !! EXCELLENT BRAKING !! SURPRISINGLY SPACIOUS AND THRILLING TOP SPEED OF 45 KMPH!! BIKE IS LOADED WITH TELESCOPIC SHOK-UPS, MOBILE CHARGER, AND SUPERB DISC BRACKS.
